about an order: send an etsy message
this is the fastest one, and not just out of habit. your order, your photo and your files are all sitting in that conversation already, so I can look at exactly what you got instead of asking you to describe it. it is also where the photo for a custom kit goes: after checkout, click message seller and upload a high-resolution JPG or PNG.

not bought anything and just want to ask? email is easiest: [email protected]. good things to send here are a question before you buy, whether a particular photo will work, using a kit with a class or a group, or press and stockist questions.
if you are asking whether a photo will paint well, attach it and say what you paint with. that is usually a one-line answer.
a kit idea, with no email at all
if you just want to suggest something to draw, the form on request a kit takes the idea on its own. every other field is optional, including your email, and there is no account and no newsletter at the end of it.

new kits go up on instagram first, and the boards on pinterest are the fastest way to see what a kit actually looks like painted.
before you write about an order
two pages answer most of it faster than I can: the questions people actually ask, and refunds and cancellations, which says plainly what applies to a digital kit and what I fix for free. if the answer is not there, write to me, that is what the address is for.
